The TAD Center is pleased to announce the addition of the Victims Impact Panel of TN to their comprehensive line-up of prevention services. VIP offers a powerful program aimed at combating impaired driving. The TAD Center has long co-sponsored the program in Cumberland County, and will now be taking the reins of the more than 20 VIP panels offered elsewhere across Tennessee.
